She advises clients on Medicaid rules and available planning techniques to preserve wealth. She counsels and represents buyers and sellers who are buying or selling small businesses.
Amy received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University in 2006, and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Finance from Xavier University in 2003 (cum laude, University Scholar). A lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Amy attended Ursuline Academy in Blue Ash.
Amy is a member of the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Kentucky Bar Associations. She currently serves on the Marielders’ Board of Trustees and Chaired the Marielders’ Italian Festival from 2014 – 2019. Annually, Amy chairs the Valentine’s Day Project at The Community of the Good Shepherd to benefit St. Francis Seraph School in Over-the-Rhine. Amy served on Ursuline Academy’s Board of Trustees from 2014-2018 and as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association from 2015-2016. Amy provides pro bono services to the community through the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
In 2016, Amy was named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star. In 2012, Amy was named a YWCA Rising Star.
