CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Chris is responsible for leading the overall Broadstone organization, including Broadstone Net Lease and Broadtree Residential. In previous roles at Broadstone, Chris served as the firm’s President and Chief Financial Officer. In these roles he oversaw various functions, including capital markets activities, accounting, property management and operations. His responsibilities included raising new debt and equity capital for investment, managing investor relations, conducting industry research, board and investor communications and portfolio analytics.

Andrew leads the firm’s strategic planning and is responsible for overseeing client relationships.
For over 15 years, clients and advisors have trusted Andrew for his proficiency in the crafting and servicing of sophisticated risk management programs. His guidance on insurance matters has been esteemed by individuals, families, and businesses throughout the country and internationally. Andrew also provides guidance to multiple global insurance carriers, currently serving on their national advisory councils. In this capacity, his leadership directly influences their product design, client service models, and overall strategic initiatives.
RYAN A. BROWN
ARLINGTON LAW GROUP
Since starting Arlington Law Group in 2007, Ryan has worked with a wide array of businesses and individual clients on estate planning, business law and tax planning. Ryan also works with several technology start-up and early stage companies on company governance, private placements of stock and debt, and computer and Internet law. Ryan has served and continues to serve on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit organizations. He regularly gives seminars on estate planning, tax and business law, teaches an annual Continuing Legal Education class at George Mason University School of Law and occasionally guest lectures at the law school.
